The Council has a new Tour Plan that is replacing the old tour permits. These changes take effect on March 1st, 2011. We need to use these Tour Plans for all of our monthly campout and activities outside of the church building. See the attached link for the form and frequently asked questions.

Our goal it to have every young man become an Eagle Scout and prepare themselves to be future leaders.
