Camp Emerson

For those of you that will be attending Camp Emerson next week, Here are the necessary details to prepare yourself for camp.

1. All packs must be at Bro Luke's home on Saturday, the 26th between 7 PM and 9 PM for pack inspection. NO ELECTRONICS or other items that can cause mischief.

2. Report time is 3:30 AM on Monday the 28th. We will be leaving at 4 AM. DO NOT BE LATE!!

3. Any questions on what to bring, please contact Bro Luke or Bro Jolley

4. HAVE FUN and WORK HARD. Complete as many merit badges as you can!!

Court of Honor

Just a reminder that our Court of Honor is THIS Wednesday, the 23rd at 7 PM. PLease be there to support our young men in their efforts in Scouting.

Upcoming Events

There are several things coming up that we need to remind eveyone about. First of all is summer camp. For the Deacons, the camp dates are June 28th thru July 3rd for Camp Emerson. For Camp Cherry Valley, the dates are July 10th? thru July 17th. We are trying to arrange to head to camp on Saturday so that we are not traveling on Sundays.

We would like to encourage all of the boys to complete as much as they can these next couple of weeks. We would like to hold a Court of Honor on the 23rd of June. Many boys have only a few things left to complete for their next rank advancement. Please contact Bro Jolley for counselor information.

We need volunteers to assist our leaders in everything from going on the campouts, to signing up as counselors and helping with merit badge classes for mutual. Contact Bro Jolley for information on how to become a counselor.
